Tabiri operates on public blockchain infrastructure. You should be aware that:

  • Wallet addresses, positions, and transactions may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain explorer, independent of anything we do
  • Blockchain transactions are generally immutable once confirmed and cannot be altered or deleted, even at your request
  • We do not control the underlying blockchain infrastructure and cannot guarantee its privacy, security, or availability

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements. In general:

  • Comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by OFAC, the European Union, or the United Nations Security Council; and
  • Jurisdictions that classify prediction markets as prohibited or unlicensed gambling, including, but not limited to: France, Belgium, Portugal, Hungary, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Singapore.
